The word Diet is actually quite misleading.
We do NOT want people to reduce their food intake, to starve and to torture themselves, as it is neither good for health nor can it be followed in a long lasting manner.
Eating the right kind of foods, at the right quantities, at the right time. This is what it is all about.
Remember, you CANNOT out exercise a BAD DIET !!! Therefore, eating right, is even more important and precedes your Fitness Training, when it comes to a healthy you.
