There are your issues for why you are not losing excess weight.

Some ‘rules’ to start with…

1) Don’t skip breakfast
2) Reduce (not eliminate) your Simple Carbohydrate intake (such as Idli, Dosai) … Increase your Complex Carb intake (like Oats)for breakfast.
3) Include good amount of Protein, in your breakfast. Say, 4 boiled eggs (WITH YOLK INCLUDED)… No salt… is good protein for breakfast.
4) Complete your dinner BEFORE 7.30 – 8.00p.
5) EAT NOTHING afterwards and for another 12-14 hours. Until you break this fast with you know what? With Breakfast!!!

Sleep min 7-8 hours every day (night).

Try these and in 2 weeks or less, you will lose significant amount of excess body weight.

The process should then continue…

Food is the MOST important aspect of weight loss, perhaps, even more so than exercise.
