Also, not sure exactly what kind of workouts you are doing, at the gym. It does keep you active for sure. So, that’s a good thing. So, until we know a bit more about your Fitness Goals, keep on doing what you are doing. Also, being a vegetarian especially, please ensure that you eat a Good Amount of Quality Protein with Every Meal. It is important. And, double-check that you are getting enough Omega-3.
